Anti-Mould Paint
Anti-mould paint is best treated as the final protection stage, not the first response to an active mould problem. If visible mould is still present, or the surface is still damp, decoration should wait until the area has been cleaned properly, dried fully and prepared for coating. That sequence matters because even a specialist finish performs better on a stable, well-treated surface than on a wall that is still affected by moisture or contamination.
This collection is for customers who are ready to move into the decorating and protection stage after treatment. In practical terms, that usually means the visible mould has already been removed, the moisture source has been considered, and any staining or unstable areas have been dealt with first. Where a preparation or blocking stage is needed before decorating, the Mould Prevention & Primers collection is the better place to start.
If you are not yet sure whether you need removal, preparation or final decoration, visit the Mould Advice Centre or use the product finder on the homepage. For customers tackling the whole route at once, the Mould Treatment Kits can also be a clearer way to compare the complete remove, treat and protect process.
