Damp & Stain Block is the stage between cleaning a surface and decorating it. It is a high-performance aerosol that permanently blocks damp, mould and water stains, leaving a clean, smooth white finish that is ready to paint over or can be left as it is.
Use it where a mark would otherwise bleed through your finish coat: stains from leaks, condensation, smoke damage and previous mould growth. Emulsion on its own rarely covers these — the mark tends to reappear through the new paint within days, which is why a dedicated blocker sits between treatment and decoration rather than being optional.
Order matters here. Remove any visible mould first with Anti-Mould Sprays and let the surface dry fully. Block the staining, then finish with Paints. Working out of sequence is the most common reason a repainted wall looks wrong again a fortnight later.
